Our clients are interested to import Photo Copy Paper (A4).  This paper is required in 70g/m2 and 80g/m2, size 210mm x 297mm, 500 sheets in a ream, and such 5 reams in a carton. We shall therefore be much obliged if you will please let us have,at our above address, samples of both weights, with the covering paper of the bundle showing the design/mark. Please also forward picture of the carton from all sides. Kindly advise number of cartons in 1x20' FCL. Please quote your best price based on CFR Aden, including our 5% Commission. Please note FOB price is not workable as the local agents of the shipping companies here refuse to quote the freight rate. Hence our request for CFR C5% Aden price. The buyers are prepared to place a trial order of 1x20' FCL on the basis of your competitive price and approval of the quality sample. It is therefore your offer will be attractive to enable secure first and future orders on regular basis.
