Owning to we lost money the last week ($20,000) our company change our policy we are going to work only with companys that work with cash on delivery.It means that the supplier, send the goods by our DHL or TNT account; ones we got the tracking number we send the money by PAY PAL, T/T for any bank, wester union only for company account (because the law on Brazil restrict the money to personal account to China to $500 per month).
