We represent DIRECTLY a large buyer of Gold Bullion located in DUBAI.

We will do 10 MT a week thru our DUBAI refinery, procedures below:

The refinery will guarantee payment on our behalf
This means that the gold coming in still remains in the name of the seller until such time the refining is done and payment made to the seller.
The simple procedure is as follows:
1.        The seller or authorized mandate (OM) comes to Dubai and meets the buyer directly. Obviously the preparatory work is done with me.
2.        A MOA is signed after the original papers of ownership, buyers banking / refinery guarantee is checked and agreement reached. (nothing or very little can be done over the net). OM can do it on the sellers behalf.
3.        After this a SPA is signed and registered with the refinery. OM can do this on sellers behalf.
4.        The refinery gives a payment guarantee in the name of the seller.
5.        Seller moves the gold to the refinery at his cost and name. If necessary we can assist in this, we have an account with Brinks as well as the Emirates Security. OM should attend the drawing of gold for refining. this is at his cost.
6.        Refinery refines and assays the gold.
7.        Refinery issues the Assay certificate and makes payment based on the assay report. It may take 24-72 banking hrs for the payment to reach the seller bank depending on the location.
8.        At the payment confirmation B2B the gold ownership is transferred to the buyer by the refinery and registered in the GLD system with details of the stampings.
9.        Intermediaries get paid thru the Mandates at the same time as the seller gets paid.

I am the official rep of the seller
we generally work on 8/5 or 7/4 and in some cases 8/4. The commission is divided thru in half for either side.
