If the bank instrument is real and the seller is real, the buyer can provide anything (POF) to get it.

Closing Procedures:

1.     The Seller sends LOI and draft FEE agreement to buyer rep. The LOI will included "INSIN & CUSIP" numbers along with a SCREEN SHOT of the instrument. The seller also commits to send "FRONT & BACK" of instrument to buyer directly within 24 hours of signed "LOI/RWA and PFA from buyer. Buyer signs and submits this RWA to Seller’s or seller's mandate coordinates.

2.     Seller upon receiving RWA issued Full Corporate Invoice w/ full bond power and blocking codes including Seller banking information

3.     Buyer’s bank Screen, Block on DTC and pay by MT103 / buyer will pay invoice as agreed.

For seasoned BG we need LOI/Contract, photocopy front and back and a screen shot

For seasoned MTN we need LOI/Contract and screen shot. No photo copy needed.
