           Requirements are as follows:
1 Price: CIF 300$/t.
  100,000t x 12 months
2 Payment
Non-operative PB2% is issued first, and then Documentary L/C issued to activate PB.
It is payable after inspection at the destination port.
3 Payment after certification of inspection at the destination port will be as one of the payment documents.
4 Destination: Main ports in China (the final destination port is confirmed by the buyer).
5 After PB, buyer visits refinery.
