We have a requirement to purchase Magnetite Iron Ore for our own plant in China.
Terms:
1.  Up to 100,000 MT per month (+ / -5%) of Magnetite Iron Ore for 12 months plus rolls and extensions.
2.  Initial shipment of one month to verify logistics and if all is satisfactory to us, contract will continue. We will pay by monthly LC from top bank.
3.  Prefer minimum 63.5%/62.5 and 59%/58% Fe.
4.  We are looking for competitive price.
5.  Price: Quote separate price for (1) FOB and (2) CIF Main China Ports (Rizhao, Tianjin, etc.)
6.  2% PB to be received from seller.
7.  We are ready to move quickly. Please reply by sending FCO addressed to us.  Please indicate your best fixed asking price, specifications, and other terms you are proposing.
8.  It will be necessary to show POP early in the process to ensure that the Iron Ore will be available on schedule. It's obviously quite important that the product can actually be delivered on time.
9.  We will analyze all bona fide offers. However, to be considered, offers must contain the terms we require as indicated above and be priced very attractively. You must be the end seller or have a written Mandate Letter from the end seller.  Please understand that we cannot respond to offers through broker chains.
10.  Please respond with your firm offer (not "soft offer") with all proposed prices, terms and conditions and complete specifications.
