Currently we have Buyer's in search of MTN's and BG's.  (FC, S, SS)

Seller's of these financial instruments must produce proof of ownership (CUSIP/INIS and name of Bank where originated).

(POF) will be produced immediately.  Pension Funds typically do not offer (POF).

It does not matter how many broker/intermediaries are involved in chain.  The commission will be split between Buyer/Seller.
