Commodity:IRON ORE 64.5%fe REJECTION 63.5%(ORIGIN BRAZIL)
Quantity:450,000mt x 12month
Payment:Auto Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (ARDLC) Active, Irrevocable, Non Transferable, with monthly payments for the value of one month's delivery, issued by top 50 World Bank and during all contract. The payment of the commodity and shipment fee will happen with presentation of each shipping documents at the unloading port after CIQ or SGS inspection.
Seller Bank will issue a Performance Bank of 2% of the value of the ARDLC for one month.TARGET PRICE : CIF US$ 73.00/mt(I dont need commissions for my side)
THE ONLY CONDITIONS THAT WE NEED IN ALL CONTRACTS IS : before the buyer bank issue the letter of credit and after signing the contract, the bank of the seller send a message via cable to the buyers bank saying that will issue pb2% within 5 days upon receipt and confirm the DLC from the buyer.
