SPECIFICATION OF HEAT SHRINKABLE POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC) SHEET/FILM TO BE SUPPLIED IN REEL FORM FOR PRODUCTION OF SLEEVE

1. Base material                : Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
2. Substance                        : 50 짹 5 GSM
3. Thickness                        : 40 짹 5 關 m
4. Special feature                : Must be heat shrinkable
5. Color                        : Transparent (as per sample). Sample may be
   seen /collected from SPCBL.
6. Printability                        : Must be printable (Not easily removable).
7. Width of PVC                : 500 mm
8. Outer diameter of reel        : 600 mm (max)
9. Inner diameter of core/bobbin : 75 mm
10. Form of supply                : In reel form with single layer.
11. Sample for approval        :

a) At the time of submission of the tender the bidder must have to submit a reel of PVC sheet/film having width 500 mm and length 50 m (minimum) printed with any text/design.

b) The successful bidder must have to submit a reel of PVC sheet/film having width 500mm and length 50 m (minimum).Without any printing for final approval within 20 days from the date of issue of purchase order. If the supplier fails to submit the sample or if the submitted sample doesn�� conform to SL No.1 to 6 the contact will be canceled and the performance guarantee will be invoked.

12. Quantity: 500 MT per year.
