Delivery:       First delivery of 12,500 MT or 25,000 MT must be 7 - 10 days after receipt and acceptance of LC in the approved format by Seller's Bank.

Packing:                     Big Bags - packed in 1.2 or 1.5 or 2.0 ton, sling bags

Origin:                       Brazil or European country except Turkey, Ukraine

Payment:               Irrevocable, Monthly Revolving, Non-Transferable, Confirmed, Documentary Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight documents.

Inspection:          Quantity and Quality - SGS Inspection at port of Loading required.

Insurance:        Marine Cargo Insurance, at 110 % of Invoice value, payable by Seller.

Procedures: After Seller receives ICPO, Buyer is ready to do a table top for first shipment
and go directly to contract if Seller guarantees first initial shipment of at least 12,500 MT
