I/WE are the Legal and Official Board Resolutor Gold Bullion Buyers Mandate for Three (3) European Private Buyers.
I/we work only Swiss Procedure this means after FCO and LOI, POP must be supplied.

Gold MUST be in Europe preferably Switzerland or London.

I/We can sign and complete a deal within 72 hours of receiving POP.
We are able to supply POF against POP

POP MUST be shown to our Lawyer/s and Bank officer/s in order to verify and allocate funds ready for completion of the signing of contract and transfer

We do not entertain ourselves like brokers in signing MFPA's or NCND's in advance

We are able to attend TTM if required only after POP has been supplied.

NOTE:
We do NOT issue banking instruments when purchasing gold as it is illegal. WGC (World Gold Council) IT MUST BE ONLY SWISS PROCEDURE.
