Purchase only through DVP Delivery Verses Payment No buyer ticket no broker deal to broker dealer Procedure as follows

One Seller presents CUSIP with or without term sheet of instrument along with Sellers full legal title name to instrument and full company address

Two Buyer issues a one or two page PO purchase order with full brokerage account information

Three Seller then advises brokerage firm to deliver the instrument on an electronic basis only at this time Delivery Verses Payment

Four Buyer then makes a payment of T One T Two tops where Buyer sends money to Sellers account designated by the Seller which can be Sellers Corporate account not necessarily brokerage account from where instrument came from

Five Sellers brokerage firm then sends a hard copy delivery to Buyers brokerage firm with out Seller doing anything further

Note Willing to purchase from USD$100,000.00 in block size to USD$10 Million in block size volume at a time
