We are looking for a manufacturer of embossed vinyl fabric.  

The fabric must be flame retardant to pass both NFPA 701 (Revision 2004) and State of California Title 19, Section 1237, Small Scale Test.

Density, size and packing as following:
4.0mil(0.1016mm)x 28 inch x300 yard(about 50 lbs) per roll
4.0mil(0.1016mm)x 34 inch x250 yard(about 50 lbs) per roll

Packing:
Core: 30" solid cardboard 3" ID 1/4 Wall
Packaging: Each roll placed in a 4 mil poly bag and individually boxed


After the supplier is approved we will order by full 20' and 40' containers and we order 1-2 containers a month from a variety of suppliers.  Please let me know what our price per roll will be.  We are eager to get a new supplier approved and place a large order.
