Product        : Dust Gold
Quantity        : 500 kilos x 12 months
Delivery        : 1st trench 100 kilos, 15 days later 400 kilos more and after that, 500 kilos per month. Delivery will take place in Refinery in Belgium.
Purity                : 92% minimum
Carat                : 22 carats minimum

Procedures (we��l not change the procedures)
Seller issues a Soft Offer
Buyer issues a LOI
Seller issues a Contract
Buyer signs and returns the contract
Seller issues a POP and sends the Origin and Ownership Certificate to Buyer setup space on refinery.
Buyer issues Letter of Credit
Seller delivery the gold in Belgium
Buyer pays 24 hours after the assay report comes back positive from refinery.
Seller gives ownership to Buyer

NOTE: My customer will NOT pay any money up front for contract, nor taxes, fees, etc��
