shamout trade company represented by Mr . Mohammad gassan shamout is
happy to deal with you and to be your agent in Syria, and to make our
cooperation useful we must do it according to these terms:

1-      you must give us a letter of agency to represent you in Syria
2-      we must make a contract between each other ( shamout company and
your supplier  company )  in your price and our terms which mentioned in
LOI
in this contract we will clarify each party responsibility you will be
responsible of delivering the product to the buyer  according to LOI (
cif latakia or tartus port in Syria )  if you fails to complete the
works called for in this contract according to the schedule  you will
pay penalty amount 0.1% of the shipment value for each day .
and shamout company  responsible of paying all charges in Syria and
doing everything concerning this transaction and you will not bay any
thing .
3-      the buyer will open  l\c  ( Irrevocable, nontransferable,
Divisible, Auto Revolving  Revolving for the value of the contract
Letter of Credit, 100% payment after the shipment arriving and
matching the specification with the LOI before the discharging , for
the duration of the contract ) after ten days of signing the contract
to your bank .
the l\c  will be opened for $ / MT for your company and the rest
will be for shamout company as  taxes and charges paid in Syria and
commission shamout company ) .

4. ORIGIN:    Sellers option to be agreed between both parties
8. MODE OF PAYMENT:  Irrevocable, nonTransferable, Divisible, AutoRevolving  Revolving for the value of the contract Letter of Credit, 100% payment after the shipment arriving and matching the specification with the loi before the discharging for the duration of the contract.
