New Zealanders buy about a million tvs a year. We are setting up a sales and service network. We are looking for a tv supplier to help us capture a large part of that market. We need answers to a few questions to see if we can communicate well enough to set up a working relationship. Please number your answers to match these questions:
1) what brands do you carry
2) do you have an un-named brand that we can put our name on
3) can you guarantee that all tvs you ship us are set up to work in new zealand - tv signal, electric current, electric plug, english instruction manual, mpeg 3 or 4, etc.
4) can you provide documentation (in advance of payment) proving authenticity and international warranty and whatever else is required so that the products can clear customs with no problem
5) we can communicate by e-mail if neccessary - but do you have an english speaking account rep that we can call
to help us both overcome the language barrier - please number each answer to match the question.
