Our company is currently buying Disounted MTNs, Certificates of Deposits, Treasuries and Stocks/Bonds found on major stock exchanges.

Our procedures are simple and we can close within 3-5 days after verification of the instrument to be purchased.  First, we need the ISIN and the asking price of the instrument to be sold.  Upon verification of the instrument and agreeing to the price by our company and our banking representative, the contract is entered into and the instrument will be transferred to our company's account with our banker/brokerage house.  Instrument will be leveraged and payment made within 24-48 hours.  Payment to the seller will come directly from the banker/brokerage house to assure payment will be made.

We are currently seeking up to $200 Million per week, but our minimum is $5 Million per transaction.  Once we have completed a couple of transaction with seller, we can increase up to $500 Million per week.  Our agreement with our banker/brokerage house will allow us to do up to $1 Billion in total transactions per week.  Already doing two blocks of $100 Million and $150 Million.
