1.Your Bank open the MT799 to Bank of China,advise will open the SBLC to beneficiary
   and inquery the bank can accept and can open the MT103/23 for the payment?
2.After receipt Bank of China reply and confirm, and they open the MT103/23 to your bank.
3.After Your bank receipt the MT103/23,open the MT760  SBLC to Bank of China ( Hong kong)
