Inquiry-10,000 MT per month starting w/December 2009 shipment thru December 2010

Size: 65 x 65 mm x 4.5 M -0/+50mm
End Product: Steel Bars Rolled to ASTM A499 specification.  Product is governed by ASTM A192 with a carbon of 0.55 to 0.82  This chemistry allows for a minimum 50,000 psi yield and 80,000 psi mi. tensile.  That is the value we need to uphold.

Please advise if you can offer this product, CFFO-Philadelphia/Camden (U.S. East Coast), w/firm price for December shipment.
