We are interested in purchasing stock lots of PRIME billets/blooms located in the Baltic,Blk sea Ports (for Russia/Ukraine) and/or any China Ports (China Mills). We are also interested in material located in stock/inventory at the mills that can be shipped to a designated port.

Rejected or cancelled cargoes are also of interest located anywhere in the world.

We can use sizes: 45 thru 200 mm x 4/6/8/9/11.7/ and 12 meter lengths

Grades: O8kp/sp/ps/3-5 sp/ps, Q235/345,SS400, and alloy grades. ANY GRADE.

Please send firm offers ONLY with:
Size, Grade, Tons, Load port, Minimum guaranteed load rate, producing mill, etc.

Minimum tons/shipment: 5000 MT +/-5%, no maximum tonnage.

Please ONLY offer FOB Stowed, lashed and secured w/dunnage or FAS.

"NO" FCR cash payments. Payment made only with LC from prime 1st class EU bank.
