We'd kindly inform you that we need anodizing tank for aluminium profiles , specification as follows :
- The external supports are of steel plates 160 x 15 - 160 x 12 - 120 x 10
The edges are of L steel sheet 180 x 60 x 5 mm
- coating external : anti-acid paint
- coating internal : PVC thickness 2.0 mm
each tank is complete of
- Double electric armature with alum bars in opposed entries
side section bars : Sq. mm 5000
Central section bars : Sq. mm 10000
Head section bars : Sq. mm 20000
cathode made of extruded aluminium
section: Sq. mm 1440
cathode perimeter : mm 440
No. 66 external cathodes ; No. 34 central cathodes
No. 3 supports bearing the central branch of the electrical armature consisting of:
- iron pipe fastened on tank bottom and protected with the PVC pipe.
- bottom plates coated with PVC sheet
- pipe caps with guide for central bars
No. 1 frame consisting of PVC tubular for protection of cathodes and bearing the air tubes for stirring.
No.1 bath stirring consisting of two PVC Dia. 32 mm tubes.
No. 2 V supports of steel inox AISI 304 for anodic bars.
No. 1 PVC socket complete of bush, collar, NP 10 ND 100 flange for sulphuric acid inlet
No. 1 PVC socket complete of bush, collar, VP 10 ND 100 Flange for sulphuric acid outlet.
