Dear Sir/Ms:
Our company is being consulted on a project (Sanaye Arak Co.) to install Aluminum cable from ingot production line in Markazi province in Iran; this factory is planned with below capacity:
10000 ton (*1000 Kilograms) per one year (300 day, 8 hours in 1 day)
This factory to be planned that worked with 1 shift in each day and 300 day in each year. We would be grateful if you sent us the information concerning the prices and technical specifications of your products for such a project (Complete Equipment for production line) (Electrical power, machine sizes, efficiency of machines, guarantee, out - of - the solvent, etc).
We guess that below machines is needed for this plant:
1.        Melting Furnace: 20 tone, 3000 Kg/hr
2.        Preserver Furnace: 20 tone
3.        Aluminum Casting Machine: 4500 Kg/hr
4.        Ingot Rolling & Rod Produce Machine: 45000 Kg/hr
5.        Wire Drawing Machine: 9.5-12 mm
6.        Rigid Strander Machine
