Would like to inform you that have  an inquiry for supply of Aluminum seals & stainless steel wire , for  Water meters

specification

1 Aluminum sealing :

-  material designation type  AL 99.50

- Tensile strength  : 78 - 118  N/mm2

- Elongation : 20 %

- Length : 13-15mm
inside diameter bore accept 2  strands of 1.1mm diameter stainless steel wire
- inside diameter : 2.2 mm - 2.4  mm
- outer diameter : 5mm

- inside diameter bore accept 2  strands of 1.1mm diameter stainless steel wire

Qty = 210000

- Stainless steel wire rope  : the stainless steel wire grade ALSI 302 , 304 , 316 shall be made according to UNI 6900-71 stranded
- the minimum tensile strength value shall not be less than 550N
- the external diameter of the stainless wire rope shall be 1.1 mm
- the stainless steel wire rope have to be compose of the three triangular strands each made of three conductors (3x3) , lay R.R.L
- The stainless steel wire shall be on roll of 1000 meters ( tolerance + - 3%)

-Prices should be on the basis of ( CPT) AMMAN / JORDAN AIR PORT as well as   ( CFR) Aqaba Jordan port

- Payment will be 100% by irrevocable L/C against shipping documents
- Validity : prices should be valid for 30 days
- Samples , 100 pieces samples of Aluminum sleeve & 3 meters of 302, 304 & 316 ofstainless steel wire rope should be sent by courier to our below address
