Dear Sirs,

We are looking for a supplier of a complete line (turn-key project) to grind and sieve activated carbon.
I will try to give you as many details  as I can about our requirements.
We use activated carbon made of coconut shell in our production of household water filters.
Activated carbon arrives in pellets of mesh 8*30.

This carbon needs to be ground first and then sieved to get various mesh fractions.

So, we need a roll type grinder (crusher) and a set of sifters. I've summarized our requirements as below:

1. Material to be handled: Activated carbon made of coco nut shell
2. Bulk density: 500 kgs/m3
3. Humidity: 2 ~ 5 %
4. In-feed carbon size: mesh 8*30
   Mesh means that a part of carbon stays on a sieve having mesh 8; then smaller particles
  fall further and go through some more meshes until they reach a sieve with mesh 30.
  So, mesh 8 * 30 means fractions that are between mesh 8 and 30.
5. Output fineness: mesh 50*100; 100*200; 200*400 and dust
    We need those fractions to be mixed to form a filtering material.
6. Production rate: 200 kgs/hour (input)
    Estimated capacity of the whole handling system can be about 35~40 tonnes a month.
7. Number of screen layers: 3
8. Power supply: 380 VAC; 3-phase; 50 Hz
9. Material of sifter:  AISI 304

We assume there must be also some kind of dedusting equipment implemented in the system.

Please, kindly consider these data and advise if you can offer us some suitable equipment...
For your reference we need to stress that the roller pair in the mill should have equal RPM.
In such a case we can achieve minimal abrasion and dusting.
