ICPO to be provided immediately for 1.2MMT Urea N46% Prilled for a trusted buyer so i would need an FCO based on the ICPO ASAP. Buyer is looking to sign contract in a few days so speed is of the essence. Please note my buyer's procedures as below

Packaging: Bulk

Contract Quantity: 100,000x12

Target Price: $180-190 Per MT on CIF basis

Performance bond: 2% of Contract value

Commission

Seller side $5(Closed)

Buyer side $5(Open)

It is important that you are able to produce FCO as soon as possible as my buyer will issue ICPO immediately so as not to waste precious time.
